We are BRC Accredited at AA level and operate a robust system of traceability, TACCP, VACCP and HACCP. The national and international suppliers we use are part of our assured supplier base and are audited on a consistent basis. We use external third party authentication to verify our samples to maintain our hygiene standards.
We understand the importance of teaching our staff and all our production managers have completed the food handler training course.

From procurement to storage to distribution, our team work hard to maintain a high standard of quality and hygiene.
The Quality management system adopted by our team involves stringent monitoring, auditing and documentation of raw product, processing and finished product in our purpose-built factory. TCK always has a dedicated maintenance team, strict temperature control measures and allergen controls in place.
